You'll recieve a tracking number by email once your order has been packed and is ready to be shipped out.

We do not currently offer returns or refunds, but we do offer exchanges for different sizes.

Size chart & measurements are listed on each product. If your prefer a tighter fit, size down.

CAN I MAKE CHANGED TO MY ORDER AFTER IT'S BEEN PLACED?
As long as the order hasn't been shipped you can make changes to the order. You can DM us on Instagram @_goodinbad or email us info@goodinbad.ca as soon as possible before item is shipped.
WHY DOES MY HOODIES LOGO HAVE BLACK MARKS AND HOW DO I REMOVE IT?
It’s normal for a bit of the hoodies black to rub off onto the logos on your hoodie just make sure to wash it in cold water and hang dry for it to look brand new again.
WHAT SHOULD I DO WHEN I GET MY HOODIE?
As soon as you remove the hoodie from the bag hang it up for the folds in the puff print to straighten out. Most dents will come out but it’s not 100% guaranteed that all dents will go away.
