International Orders: Please note that we are not responsible for any import fees, taxes, or duties imposed by your country's customs agency. These charges are the customer's responsibility upon delivery. We do not offer refunds for international orders due to unpaid customs fees.

Lost Packages: Once your order is handed over to USPS, UPS, or DHL, we cannot be held liable for any lost or damaged packages during transit. Nonetheless, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier to retrieve your lost package.
