Refund policy
- All sales are final. No returns or refunds.
- Good in Bad is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
- We are not liable for any clothing that has not been washed according to the instructions on the wash tag.
- Customers should be aware that shipping outside of Canada may be subject to Customs Fees at the receiver's expense.
- Payment in full is required for all items before shipment.
- Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, please inspect it for any defects, damages, or if the wrong item was received. Contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve them.
- False Chargebacks: False chargebacks are strictly prohibited and will result in appropriate action against the customer. We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who file false chargebacks.
